This 9-week (3 strength days and 1 mobility day/week) remote program is ready for you to start whenever you are, and includes pre- and post-testing. The program was designed to help you build what we consider the foundational strength and mobility in the hips to help prevent or tackle current hip pain, discomfort, lack of performance or transfer to the track and general weaknesses. This program is delivered remotely but includes help from our team if you're stuck or needing modifications. With 6 months of access to the app, and the ability to print your program if you prefer that to a phone, this program really leaves no stone unturned in the quest for better hips.
