This nutrition consulting appointment is offered by a Precision Nutrition Certified coach with a Bachelor in Science. a strong interest in biochemistry and has researched nutrition extensively.

Not only is Nick well-versed in the strength and conditioning world, but his additional certifications in nutrition and his extensive research and interest in the area has taken him further down rabbit roles into biochemistry and how nutrition affects everything we do. Nick leverages his knowledge and works collaboratively with each client and their medical support team to get people feeling and performing their best.

Is an assessment of my current nutrition included?
Yes, we will send intake forms to assess your current nutrition, symptoms, habits, and lifestyle.
What types of symptoms are cause for concern and relevant for booking this service?
Anything from fatigue or anxiety, to sex drive and reproductive concerns, to skin/hair/nail conditions, to gut disturbances and more, can and have been linked to nutrition. While your specific instance may not be due to nutritional concerns, this program will in the very least open your eyes to the power of the pro-metabolic diet.
What is a pro metabolic diet?
A pro metabolic diet is once that supports our bodies, hormones, and activity level through true and proven science. Using nutrients in good whole food, we lead each individual to lean how combinations of nutrients can work for you best by listening to your body, and no one else.
Is this led by a Registered Dietician?
No, but Nick is certified as a Precision Nutrition Coach and in Ray Peat’s nutritional systems. His additional biochemistry research makes him a rare find, and rounds out this metabolic-focused nutrition course and individual sessions.
Is this covered by insurance?
Most insurance plans don’t cover this service, but some health spending accounts will.
What type of nutrition philosophy is this program aligned with? Keto? Low or high carb? High protein? Intermittened fasting?
Our nutrition philosophy does not directly align with any of those specific diets, because we believe you should ditch the diet and focus on your health and how to nourish yourself first and foremost. Nutrition, and gut health, is linked to everything from skin health, to fertility, to the level of performance you will achieve.
Why is this program the anti diet?
With this program, you won’t follow a fad diet. You won’t get all crazy and restrictive about food, and you don’t follow a black-and-white good-or-bad dogma with nutrition. We work with you to educate you about nutrition can support your health. We will help you find your “one small thing” and figure out what small things you can do differently to yield the maximum results possible.
I'm really busy, and can't find time to book in for a call with Nick. Is there another way to get the information you're teaching without this commitment?
Yes. While we work on making our course available via recording, we are happy to record ourselves teaching the content with your individual recommendations and sending you your recording if you’re too busy to book a call!
