Our strength training, coaching and rehab services are our premium offering – located in Calgary. These sessions have been designed to provide you with the most contact, feedback, individualization & attention.

You’ve got specific goals and no one seems to be able to figure you out. This is where we come in. Start strength training with us—our coaches don’t shy away from complex cases.
Our strength coaching packages are the right fit if :
You have podium goals but other approaches haven't worked for you in the past
You're currently trying to rehab an injury
You're dealing with a chronic injury that's preventing you from being active
You've got clear performance or health goals that you want help achieving
You're ready to make at least a 6 month commitment to your health & performance goals
You have insurance coverage to work with a professional Kinesiologist or Exercise Physiologist

You won’t find cookie cutter plans here. Each plan is customized to you and an initial assessment is a pre-requisite to starting any strength coaching package with us.
Initial Assessment
This 1-hour assessment identifies patterns in your movement that influence performance, injury risk & existing pain. Each assessment is completely individualized to you and your pain or performance problem areas. Assessments are a prerequisite to all coaching packages.
Data Driven Testing
We invest in science-based and data-driven metrics collected on our Force Plates and Force Frames to help guide our programming, identify asymmetries, and base our decisions. Our coaching includes a subscription to the Teambuildr app where we deliver custom programming based on your unique assessment & goals.

Pause Your Membership
Get additional flexibility while still investing in your progress.
Our memberships help individuals afford more consistent training while having the rest of their programming built-in to their app. On a membership, you can pause it for up to 3 weeks on a 6 month membership or up to 3 months on a 12 month membership.

Remote 1-ON-1 COACHING
PROGRAMMING:
Progressive custom strength/endurance program adapted every 4-6 weeks. Programs delivered via the TeamBuildr app & coached on Zoom
SESSIONS:
- 1:1 athlete to coach ratio
- 1 hour training session length
- Location: Zoom
- Times available: M-F 10am-7pm
COACHES:
Highly educated national level high performance coaches running the sessions
In-person 1-on-1 coaching
PROGRAMMING:
Progressive custom strength program adapted every 4-6 weeks. Programs delivered via the TeamBuildr app
SESSIONS:
- 1:1 athlete to coach ratio
- 1 hour training session length
- Location: gym
- Times available: M-F 10am-7pm

FAQs
Do I need to book an assessment before I choose a membership?
An assessment is the first step to training with us and we do recommend waiting until we provide feedback post-assessment before you make the next step.
Are there any options other than the commitment required for a membership?
Yes, you can also book 1-off sessions but our membership clients take priority in our schedules.
Are there any other benefits to being a member?
Besides priority booking and more consistent gains, you also get 10% off in our Shop!
What if something happens and I need to cancel my membership?
You can do that, we just required 1 months membership payment to completely cancel.
If I'm sick, do I lose a session?
We would be happy to help you make up a session if you’re sick.
Do I need to stick with 1 coach?
Most clients stick with the same coach for consistency in their sessions and program, but you’re welcome to switch it up between coaches and we will communicate to fill in the gaps.
How soon before my session can I reschedule my appointment?
The booking system will let you reschedule up to 24h before your appointment time.For classes, it’s 12h.
What's the rate of people re-booking 6 or 12 month memberships after theirs is up?
The re-buy rate is around 95%. People tend to want more after they’ve had a taste!
