Purchase the remote movement assessment from us if you want a comprehensive remote movement assessment to help gain clarity on your movement, training history, and next steps.

The assessment portion includes a detailed intake form so we can keep record of all your concerns and previous issues/injuries. Then we send you a link with a bunch of video examples of how we want you to film yourself doing different motions. This is similar to the intake for our Foundations programs where you have a chance to record our self-assessments, but in this case we have experts review them & send you a detailed summary of our thoughts and any flags we see.

Some people just want the information of the assessment, but if you want, we can also include follow up Zoom calls/consults for $125/h.
